How Do You Describe Service?

Friday, May 2, 2014, the server crashed at the very active Southern Hills Baptist Church in Oklahoma City. Staff members were unable to work data was inaccessible.

G. D. Hardy, Associate Pastor and Finance Administrator, called the RDS Advantage support line at 9:00 AM asking for help. After discussing options the church elected to move to RDS Connect, the cloud-hosted system.

The RDS Team went into action with cloud-specialist Joshua Todd leading the way. Within a short time the server on the cloud for Southern Hills Baptist Church was installed, login security access for each staff person established, and data copied to the church’s cloud server.

All of this was accomplished within four hours of the initial call, so the church was fully operational with current data on the cloud shortly after noon, Friday, May 2.
