If you are just getting started, you will need to carefully follow the Unite Staff Tutorial. When you have completed the steps click update. While you can run this as many times as you like, it resets everything in Unite so pay close attention. We highly recommend the church staff use Unite for a couple of weeks to make sure they do not need to make changes to the setup process. To setup Unite, you will need your Unite code. This is sent as an email from RDS. If you do not know your code feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us and ask for your church code. We will custom brand the app with your church logo, just email Mickey your logo with the dimensions of approximately 300×200 dpi in either .jpg or .png format. If you have your Vanco or online payment URL send it also so members can donate/pay straight from the app.
The Unite Member Tutorial can assist church members in setting up Unite.
We also have some flyers that you can put on your bulletin board: Unite_flyer or a smaller version to put in your newsletter: Unite_flyer_sm. Make sure to replace <church code> with your church code. These flyers have a QR code that if scanned will take you to the video about Unite, as well as Android and Apple app markets to make it easier to find.

§ See Personal Contribution and Payment History
§ Look at the Church Directory (including photos), make phone calls, send e-mail or text messages
§ See a map and directions to a person’s address
We are excited to help you keep your members in contact. This tool is a great method for staff to find members in for items such as in-home visitations, arranging rides for those unable to drive, or just making connections.
