Cloud printer<\/strong><\/p>\n

TSPrint Client will bypass all the different connections between the cloud and your computer and present the print job directly to your printer.\u00a0 This method will work every time so it is a good program to have installed just in case.\u00a0 You can check “add or remove programs<\/a>” to see if it is already installed.\u00a0 You cannot install TSPrint while you are in a remote desktop session so exit all sessions before downloading and installing this on your computer. If you do not have the program installed already, click here for installation instructions<\/a>. The program is free to you and communicates between the cloud and your computer, passing the data to your local computer. This program will correct the issue with reports and forms printing in italics. All you need to do is select TSPrint EMF from the list of printers.<\/p>\n

If your print job appears to be italicized, select TSPrint EMF from the list of printers. From there you will be presented with a list of printers on your local computer. If your print job is outside of the margins then lower your font size in printer maintenance until it matches up correctly with your paper. (Mac users will need to use TSPrint Mac)<\/p>\n

If you are having a problem with printing running off the right edge of the page when printing forms, you may need to do a little “tweaking” of your form in printer maintenance.<\/p>\n
