Staff members were unable to work\u00c2\u00a0data was inaccessible.<\/p>\n<p>G. D. Hardy, Associate Pastor and Finance Administrator, called the RDS Advantage support line at 9:00 AM asking for help. After discussing options the church elected to move to RDS Connect, the cloud-hosted system.<\/p>\n<p>The RDS Team went into action with cloud-specialist Joshua Todd leading the way.
