Cloud Printer Microsoft Update Fix

Modifying Your Microsoft Remote Desktop Session

In order to re-enable direct printing to your local printers follow the steps below:

Edit your “RDSConnect” RDP icon by right clicking and selecting edit.

Select “Local Resources” There should already be a check in the printers box, if not put a check there and select “More…”

Put a check mark in the box for “Ports” and “Other supported Plug and Play (PnP) devices”

Select “General” tab, select “Save As…”

Select “Save”

When asked to overwrite select “yes”

You should now be able to print using your local printer without TSPrint.  Please email Mickey and let him know if it worked successfully or if you are still having issues.
