“How much does it cost?”

All prices are based upon the number of concurrent users needed or wanted, and that usually requires discussion about what that number might be for each organization.

Pricing by the number of concurrent users is the fairest, most accurate method, and allows each organization to choose the most economical way to provide its staff with the access needed.

A policy established by RDS from the beginning is to include all features and applications of the system. We do not charge by the module. We want all churches to have access to the abundance of applications in the RDS Advantage church management software in order to enhance ministries, outreach and management without limitation.

When RDS is installed each organization can install the system for as many users as it chooses. The number of concurrent users licensed determines how many of those can be logged into the system at the same instant. This reduces the cost while maximizing the number of staff having access.

Call RDS support to discuss the number of concurrent licenses you may need, and a quote of prices. Any number from 1 to more than 100 can be licensed.
