Check to see if you have TSPrint Client installed. To do so, minimize the cloud. Bring up “add or remove programs” on your computer (Windows). Check to see if you have TSPrint Client installed. If it is installed you can use the TSPrint printer options in the RDS cloud. If not you will need to install TSPrint Client.
